1. capsules loading

Every 1 hour you need to add capsules. And when lacking capsules, the sorter will send capsules automatically.
Empty Capsule vibrator sorter machine(Option 2)The sorter feeder can accommodate around 500-800 pieces capsules, it can work with the elevator or without the elevator machine. Workers can put capsules inside the sorter directly. it will infeed capsules one by one and will treat unstackable dolce gusto capsules, enlarge capsule loading quantity capacity.
Before outputing the capsules, there will be a weight checking machine. You can set the qualified weight of the capsules. Once it picks the unqualified ones, it will reject it for the second use. The qualified ones will be picked out to the conveyor belt automatically.
