Machine Features of the 4 Lanes K-cup Filling Sealing Machine:

1. Automatically Accomplish All Production Process,Small Volume,Operate Easily.
2. Schneider/Siemens PLC Control System And Full Display And Real-Time Monitoring.
3. According To Different Cups, Vertical Type Or Horizontal Type Cups Feeding Device Will Be Optional (Standard Machine),
which means manually loading cups in vertical stack or loading cups on horizontal conveyor, automatically unload the cups into the module (Sunyi company Patented Innovation).
4. With Automatic Vacuum Powder Materials Feeding Machine.
5. Servo Control Auger Filling.
6. With Nitrogen flush function from the empty capsule feeding station( or after the powder filling) to the heat sealing station. Residual Oxygen can be approx. 5%, which will prolong the coffee powder shelf life.
7. Automatic suck and place the pre-cut lids onto the cups/capsules
8. Heat Sealing
9. Automatic mechanism robot arm to pickup and output the finished capsules(Sunyi company Patented Innovation).

Additional Options:

1. Remote Controller: if any program system errors when running the machine at customer's plant, we can modify the program at our factory remotely.

2. Flavor adding device:This is a small liquid pump, we can drip a little bit in the capsules, which can change the taste of coffee easily.

3. Auger Powder Feeder: this is used to convey the coffee powder to the small auger hopper. Or, we can use vacuum powder feeder.

4. Automatic sorter machine: this machine is used to sorting and feeding the empty capsules automatically.
