Application of the Nespresso Capsule Bottom Aluminum Filter Filters Sealing Machine:

This machine is used to weld the aluminum foil lids onto the bottom of the capsules, which is used to seal the capsule bottom for better oxygen resistance and waterproof. This design is not only benefit to prolong the coffee shelf life, but also to increase a higher brewing pressure.

1. With automatic elevator and the vibration machine to sort and feed the empty plastic Nespresso capsules inline;

2. With swing armer to pickup and drop the capsules into the machine modules accurately and automatically.

4. With Twice heat sealing station for better sealing effect and beautiful outlooking sealing surface.

5. With servo motor driving the discharge armer to pick up and drop the finished capsules onto the exterior conveyor.
